Pada tahun 2021, Pemerintah Indonesia mengadakan Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA), sebuah program beasiswa yang ditujukan bagi mahasiswa sarjana untuk mendapatkan pengalaman belajar di universitas terkemuka di luar negeri. Program ini dikelola oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi (Ditjen Dikti), Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemdikbud).

Mefa Alya, salah satu mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Andalas, mendapat kesempatan untuk menghabiskan satu semester di University of Pécs, Hongaria. Untuk pengalaman yang lebih maksimal University of Pécs menawarkan berbagai program studi dari Fakultas Bisnis dan Ekonomi dan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya dan Ilmu Sosial. Dengan ini, para siswa dapat memperluas pengetahuan mereka dengan mengambil mata kuliah yang tidak terkait dengan studi mereka di Indonesia.

Selain belajar, Mefa bersama penerima penghargaan IISMA lainnya juga menyebarkan budaya Indonesia dengan mengadakan acara “Indonesian Day”, dimana mereka menampilkan tarian tradisional Indonesia, menampilkan beberapa masakan Indonesia untuk dicoba oleh orang asing, dan memberikan presentasi singkat tentang Indonesia. Warga Hongaria dan mahasiswa internasional lainnya sangat menikmati acara tersebut.

Saat ini Mefa telah menyelesaikan program IISMA dan siap melanjutkan studi di Universitas Andalas.

 

 

ACCOUNTING WEEK 2021

 

Accounting Week is a series of the biggest annual events by HIMA (Student Association) Accounting Universitas Andalas. In 2021, Accounting Week has the opportunity to be held online, different from previous years due to limited space and movement when the Covid-19 pandemic is turbulent. Although it was indeed held by online, the Accounting Week series was still running lively with a series of varied events, starting with Accounts (Andalas Accounting National Events) which was a series of national level LKTI competitions followed by a national webinar, then there was also an Entrepreneurship Webinar event followed by a Bazaar Contest. Besides that there is also Accounting Software Training, and there is also a Photo Contest event and ends with AWcoustic (Accounting Week Accoustic), song cover competition. The following is a detailed report from the 2021 Accounting Week activities:

 

 

 

ACCOUNTS 2021

 

Andalas Accounting National Events (ACCOUNTS) have been held on March 26 and 27, 2021. ACCOUNTS is an annual event that started in 2013 with the Accounting Department Student Association (HIMA) Universitas Andalas as the organizer. ACCOUNTS is part of a series of events in Accounting Week (AW) 2021 which is one of the work programs of the HIMA Accounting of Universitas Andalas. Activities currently being held by ACCOUNTS 2021 include Paper Competition (Scientific Writing Competition), National Seminar and Virtual Tour Salingka Minangkabau.

 

As the name implies, Andalas Accounting National Events, ACCOUNTS is a national-level event from the HIMA Accounting Universitas Andalas. ACCOUNTS invites all students throughout Indonesia to take part in the Paper Competition (Scientific Writing Competition) by sending their writings to a predetermined address, which will later select the twenty best works to be presented virtually.

 

In addition to presenting their work, the participants will take part in the next two ACCOUNTS events, namely the National Seminar and the Virtual Tour Salingka Minangkabau. The participants will take part in a National Seminar where the speakers are people who are very competent in their fields, and after that they will be invited to take a closer look at Minangkabau Culture on a Virtual Tour Salingka Minangkabau.

 

ACCOUNTS starts at 09.00 WIB which is opened directly by the Vice Chancellor III. The chief executive of this activity was Muhammad Hafizh who was accompanied by Adinda Siti Aisyah as Treasurer Secretary, Miftahul Fikri as Field Coordinator, Clarissa Maharani as Event Coordinator, Delva Muharani as Public Relations Coordinator, Defnia Nofitri as Kestari Coordinator, Muhammad Ahlam as Equipment Coordinator, and Siti Aisyah Rahman Yuri as Consumption Coordinator.

 

This competition was won by a team from the University of Indonesia and received a cash prize of Rp3,500,000,-. The second place was won by a team from the Ten November Institute of Technology with a cash prize of Rp2,500,000,-. And Third place was won by a team from the Islamic University of Indonesia with a cash amount of Rp1,500,000,-. This competition was enthusiastically welcomed by all students throughout Indonesia. Alhamdulillah, this event went smoothly from start to finish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

NATIONAL SEMINAR

 

On March 28, 2021, a national seminar was held by HIMA Accounting, Andalas University has been held. The National Seminar on Accounting Week 2021 is one of a series of Accounting Week events that will be held in 2021. This year the national seminar will be held online. This event raised a theme that is relevant to the current situation, namely Millennial Generation Innovation in National Economic Recovery after the Covid-19 Pandemic. By holding this event, it is hoped that students and the general public can add insight and as a means to build relationships.

 

The national seminar started at 09.00 WIB with the opening by the MC. MC invites sponsors, namely Inez and by You to promote their products. Next is the recitation of the Holy Quran. Then, followed by singing the anthem Indonesia Raya. Then remarks by the chairman of the national seminar by Suci Fitri, followed by remarks by the chairman of Accounting Week by Muhammad Wafiq, then remarks by the chairman of HIMA Accounting Universitas Andalas by Fauzan Amirul Haq, then remarks by the supervisor of HIMA Accounting Universitas Andalas, and finally remarks and the official opening of the national seminar by the chairperson of the Accounting Department Universitas Andalas, Mr. Fauzan Misra. The opening ceremony ended with a prayer reading and a group photo with all participants who attended the 2021 Accounting Week National Seminar.

 

After the opening of the event was over, the MC read out the rules and techniques of the national seminar, followed by reading the moderator's CV and inviting the moderator to lead the ongoing event. The moderator for the 2021 Accounting Week national seminar is Mrs. Dian Yuni Anggraeni who is also a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Andalas. Then the moderator reads the speaker's CV, The first speaker is Prof. Dr. H. Werry Darta Taifur, SE., MA who is an Indonesian Economist & Chairman of the Association of Indonesian Economics Scholars in West Sumatra, The second speaker is Novrial., SE., MA., Ak. who is Head of the West Sumatra Provincial Tourism Office. The third speaker is Rossy Triana Iskandar who is a product manager at the Tokopedia Academy. Each presenter presents material with a duration of 30 minutes. At 10.20 WIB, the first speaker presented his material. The presentation of the material by the first speaker ended at 10.50 WIB, followed by the second presenter. The presentation of the material by the second speaker ended at 11.20, followed by the third speaker until 11.50 WIB. After presenting the material, the next event was a question and answer session led by a moderator. After the question and answer session was over, the event was returned to the MC. The next event is a quiz for the participants with door prizes for 10 winners. At 13.05, the MC read out sponsorship and media partners and then the National Seminar on Accounting Week 2021 ended with the closing by the MC.

 

 

 

 

BAZAAR 2021

 

On March 29 - 31, 2021, the Bazaar Contest Accounting Week 2021 event was held by HIMA Accounting Universitas Andalas. The Bazaar Contest itself is one of the innovations from the ACCOUNTING WEEK series of events, namely Bazaar, which this year was held online under the name Bazaar Contest. This event provides an opportunity for MSME’s out there, both students and the general public who have a business to be able to join the Video Promoting Competition for their business. With the hope, such as the theme of the video contest that was taken, namely "Improve your Marketing, Maximize your Promotion, Gain your Earnings", can provide new insights, lessons, and experiences for business actors to further increase their promotional capacity in the current conditions.

 

Bazaar Contest consists of 2 series of events. For the first series of events, on March 29, 2021, an Entrepreneurship Webinar has been held starting at 08.30 WIB with the opening by the MC. After going through a series of opening events by the MC, the event was guided by the moderator of the webinar, namely Brother Kurnia Badyu Divine. After the opening of the event, it was continued with the reading of the speaker's CV by the moderator, namely Andrea Surya Habibie as the speaker of session 1. In the middle between the presentation of the presenters of session 1 and session 2, there was also a presentation from sponsorship, namely from by.U for 15 minutes and applied to the Presentation material from the speaker of session 2, namely Brother Vyndo Dollin. After the second session finished, the event was returned to the MC, at the end of the event the winners of the most active participants and the best questioners were read during the delivery of material by the two presenters.

 

For the second series of events, on March 31, 2021, a Bazaar Contest has been held starting at 08.30 WIB with the opening by the MC. Followed by reading the CV of the judges, namely Rizki Syahputera, S.E, and Hadiyatullah M. L. The event started with an appearance by participant number 1 who was given 10 minutes for presentation. It starts with showing a promoting video that was made by the participants via sharescreen zoom by the committee and continues with a presentation of the contents of the promotional video. Then it was continued with a Q & A session with the board of jury. And it continues until the participant with serial number 10.

 

After, all participants finished their presentations and a question and answer session with the judges. The jury made an assessment to determine the 3 winners of the 2021 Bazaar Contest. Then entered the Bazaar Contest Winner Announcement event, namely 1st Place: Participant no. 4th order, a/n Reza Arianti @komocha.production, 2nd place: Participant no. 9, a/n Yessi Veronica @veronicahijab, 3rd Place: Participant no. 6, a/n Hertanto, @kacangcangkruk. And for the winner of the favorite video with the most likes, it goes to: Participant no. sequence 1, namely Patma Asyathari from (Ovelpo_id). The Bazaar Contest activity ended with closing by the MC.

 

 

 

 

ACCOUNTING WORKSHOP APPLICATION 2021

 

On April 1, 2021, an Accounting Workshop Application was held by the HIMA Accounting, Universitas Andalas. Accounting Workshop Application is one of a series of ACCOUNTING WEEK events. This year the Accounting Workshop Application will be held online. This event provides training on accounting software in collaboration with Ultima Tekno Solusindo which is an official partner of CPSSoft who provides product and service information that can assist users in operating CPSSoft products, namely Accurate Accounting Software. By holding this event, it is hoped that it can provide training facilities for students, as well as the general public so that they can improve their knowledge and skills in the field of accounting.

 

Accounting Workshop Application starts at 08.00 WIB with the opening by the MC. This is followed by the recitation of the Holy Quran. Then, followed by remarks from the chief executive of the Accounting Workshop Application by Nurul Wahyuni, then remarks by the chairman of Accounting Week by Muhammad Wafiq, then remarks by the chairman of Accounting Student Association by Fauzan Amirul Haq, and finally remarks and opening of the event by the Head of the Accounting Department, Universitas Andalas, namely Mr. Fauzan Misra. The opening ceremony ended with a prayer reading and a group photo with all those present at the 2021 Accounting Workshop Application.

 

After the opening of the event, it was continued with the reading of the speaker's CV by the moderator, namely Mr. Alhazmi Nuralam. At 09.00 WIB followed by the 1st training session by discussing "preparation of the initial database" with the presenter Mrs. Riyanti Adelia and assisted by a team of helpers from the Accurate, namely Mr. Kota Novia and Mrs. Tiwi Setyoningsih. The 1st training session ended at 12.00 WIB and continued with ISHOMA. After ISHOMA finished the event was opened by the MC and a quiz was held to get door prizes. At 13.15, it was continued with the second training session by discussing "transaction cases for one month". After the second session finished, the event was returned to the MC, at the end of the event the door prize winners were read out, followed by a group photo. After taking a group photo, the MC read out the sponsorship and media partners after which a video was shown by BCA. The Accounting Workshop Application activity ended with the closing by the MC.

 

 

 

 

 

 

PHOTOBOOTH ACCOUNTING WEEK 2021

 

On April 2, 2021, a Photo Contest activity was held by HIMA Accounting Universitas Andalas. This Photo Contest activity starts when participants send their best work (photos), which is then continued by posting the participant's work to Accounting Week's official instagram account at @accountingweekunand on March 31, 2021. The Photo Contest activity was closed with a presentation made by the 10 best participants on April 2, 2021. This Photo Contest is one of a series of events from Accounting Week to be held in 2021. This Photo Contest is held online with the theme “The Economic's Journey During a Pandemic”. The choice of this theme aims to capture every moment and economic journey during the Covid-19 pandemic. By holding this Photo Contest, it is hoped that it can become a real forum for everyone (students and public) who have a hobby of photography and who are interested in photography to improve their abilities and compete in this activity.

 

Photo Contest starts at 08.15 WIB with an opening by the MC. The event continued with the reading of the Holy Qur'an. Next was the giving of remarks by the chair of the photobooth, Tiara Safira, and continued with the giving of speeches by the general chairperson of Accounting Week 2021, Muhammad Wafiq. The next opening remarks were made by the chairperson of the Accounting Association of Unand University, as well as the Governor of (Student Excecutives Organization Student Family) BEM KM Faculty of Economic Universitas Andalas, Weri Harfendi. The last event in the opening of the Photo Contest is the reading of prayers.

 

After the opening ceremony was over, the event continued with the introduction of the judges and the presentation of the assessment criteria by the MC. The judges for the 2021 Accounting Week Photo Contest are Issyariah Syukron, a Freelance Photographer who is also a student at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Andalas. He is also the Director of Photography at UKM (Student Activity Unit) Andalas Cinematography since 2019. The second jury is a student of the Department of Communication Science, University of North Sumatra. He is a Freelance Photographer, who is also a regular speaker at USU Communication Photography. After the introduction of the judges and the submission of the assessment criteria, the event continued with the presentation of the technicalities of the photo contest. The next event was a presentation and commentary session as well as Q&A by the jury to the participants. Each participant is given 5 minutes to present their work. In addition, each jury is given 5 minutes to provide comments or ask questions related to photos to the participants concerned. In the presentation, participants must convey the unique concept/idea of the photo, the message/expression of emotion in the photo, as well as the focus, composition, and color of the photo. The presentation and question and answer session started at 09.00 WIB by the first participant and ended at 10.15 WIB by the tenth participant. The event continued with a brief presentation by the two judges. The last event in the Photo Contest Presentation was the delivery of impressions and messages from the judges and participants. The official presentation event ended with a closing statement by the MC at 10.35 WIB.

 

 

 

 

AWCOUSTIC ACCOUNTING WEEK 2021

 

On April 3, 2021, Awcoustic was held by HIMA Accounting, Universitas Andalas. Awcoustic Accounting Week 2021 is one of a series of Accounting Week events to be held in 2021. This year, Awcoustic is held online. This event has the theme Lets Everyone Play the Music. By holding this event, it is hoped that students and the general public can develop their musical abilities.

 

Awcoustic started at 13.30 WIB with the opening by the MC. Then remarks by the chief executive of Awcoustic by Amalda Aulia, followed by remarks by the chairman of Accounting Week by Muhammad Wafiq, then remarks by the chairman of HIMA Accounting Universitas Andalas by Fauzan Amirul Haq, then remarks by the Deputy Governor of (Student Excecutives Organization Student Family) BEM KM Faculty of Economic Universitas Andalas by Muhammad Ichsan, and the last remarks were made by the Head of Accounting Study Program, Universitas Andalas, Mrs. Dian Yuni Anggraeni.

 

After the opening of the event was over, then there was a video appearance of the performers, followed by the delivery of AWcoustic terms and conditions and the submission of the jury's assessment criteria by Rifky Satria Jamal. Then it was continued with the announcement of the winners, for category 1 (≤13 years old), the first place was won by Zhiffana Putri, second place was won by Abiyan Ahlen, and third place was won by Nikeisha Alimah. For category 2 (>13 years old), the first place was won by Fakhriyah Intan Maharani, second place was won by Nadia Hairani PS and third place was won by Ajeng Restuning Baasith. And the favorite winner for category 1 (≤13 years old) went to Latifa Putri Azzahra and the favorite winner for category 2 (>13 years old) went to Putra Darmawan. After the announcement of the winners, the next event was the presentation of the jury's impressions and messages conveyed by Yogi Astra and the delivery of the impressions and messages by the participants represented by Fakhriyah Intan Maharani. The next event was a photo with all participants who attended the 2021 Awcoustic Accounting Week event. After the group photo, the MC read out sponsorship and media partners. The Awcoustic Accounting Week 2021 activity ended with a closing by the MC.

Accounting for Students

Accounting for Students is one of the biggest events organized by the Accounting Student Association of the Faculty of Economics, Andalas university, which involves SMA/SMK /MA (Senior High School Equivalent) students throughout Sumatra. This activity will last for three days, which consists of:   1.      Accounting Competition – Student (ACS) Accounting Competition – Students (ACS) is an activity in the form of Individual and Team competitions in the field of Accounting at the SMA/SMK/MA (Senior High School Equivalent) level throughout Sumatra which aims to hone skills and develop knowledge for students in accounting. This activity was held for two days online using an online platform on 6 and 8 February 2021.   2.      Try Out SBMPTN and Introduction to Accounting Departement Try Out of SMBPTN and introduction to the accounting department is a simulation activity for the SBMPTN exam for all 12th grade students of SMA/SMK/MA and the general public as prospective students who will continue their education at the college level. By holding this activity, it is hoped that SMA/SMK/MA equivalent and general students can be helped before carrying out the real SBMPTN exam and can also be used as a means to introduce the Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics, Andalas university to equivalent and general SMA/SMK/MA students. This activity was held for one day online using an online platform on February 7, 2021.   The opening of Accounting for Students was officially opened by the Deputy Dean III of the Faculty of Economics and was attended by the Head of the Accounting Department, the Supervisor of HIMA Accounting, the Governor of  BEM KM of the Faculty of Economics, the Chair of the HIMA of Accounting, and the Chair of the HIMA UKMF of the Faculty of Economics.   1.    Accounting Competition – Student (ACS) Accounting Competition - Students in 2021 will be attended by 128 individuals consisting of 76 high school students and 52 vocational high school students, and will be attended by 40 TEAM consisting of 24 SMA TEAM and 16 SMK TEAM. On the first day of the Accounting Competition – Students were held in the preliminary and semifinal rounds for the individual and TIM categories. The second day of the Accounting Competition – Students held the final round for the SMA and SMK categories, which were attended by 5 participants and the 5 best teams in each category. The overall winners of the Accounting Competition – Students in 2021 are SMA 1 Payakumbuh and SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi.     2.    Try Out SBMPTN and Introduction to Accounting SBMPTN Try Out Department and Introduction to Accounting Department in 2021 in collaboration with Pahamify and was attended by 698 participants. Try Out SBMPTN begins with an introduction to the Accounting Department by the Head of the Accounting Department. After that, it was continued with the implementation of the SBMPTN Try Out. The highest scorers in the SBMPTN Try Out this time were SMA 10 Padang for the SAINTEK (Natural and Technology Science) category and MAN Insan Cendikia Padang Pariaman for the SOSHUM (Social and Law Science)  category.

Creativity and Academic Work Program (KREMIS)

1		The Accounting Study Club (ASC) is an activity held for students majoring in Accounting for the class of 2020 who have registered and passed the interview test selection, hereinafter referred to as tentiren. Tentiren was guided by tutors from several students majoring in Accounting for the 2019 batch who had been selected by the ASC implementing committee. Tentors and tentiren will be divided into several study groups. Accounting Study Club (ASC) activities use an online platform. This is because the activity was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic. Several series of ASC activities include "Group ASC", in this activity the tenants are divided into several groups, during the activity the tenants are given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss via Whatsapp group about the lecture material that has been agreed upon between the tutor and the tentiren, this activity is held once per semester The next activity is "class ASC", the participants of this activity are tentiren who occupy the same class, during the tutoring activity using PowerPoint Introduction to Accounting material which will be discussed together through an online platform and discuss lecture material, this activity is held once for the odd semester and twice for even semesters. The next activity is the “joint ASC”, this activity is held simultaneously for all ASC participants, the activity is in the form of discussing semester exam questions with the tutor using an online platform (zoom and google meet) agreed between the tutor and the tentiren, this activity is held once for odd semesters and twice for even semesters. Apart from this activity, the tentiren are still given the opportunity to discuss with the tutor about the lecture material.
2		The Question Bank activity is an activity carried out by the Kremis Division in collecting UTS/UAS questions for Accounting students which are stored as HIMA archives for all next batch of Accounting students so that they can learn through these questions. This activity aims to help students during UTS/UAS to have more mature preparation. In addition, this activity supports students' abilities in discussing questions related to lectures. After collecting the questions, the questions will be archived in hardcopy and softcopy so that every Accounting student can easily get questions and access them from the website or at the HIMA Accounting secretariat, Andalas University. 3		The Student-Accounting Competition (ACS) is one of the work programs carried out by the Kremis Division which is part of the Accounting for Students (AFS) series of events. This activity is held in the form of a competition in the field of Accounting for SMA/MA and SMK students throughout Sumatra which aims to hone skills and develop students' knowledge in accounting. Participants in the Accounting Competition-Students are divided into individuals and teams which will be held for two days (6 and 8 February 2021) online using Andalas University I-Learn and online platforms.
4		AWcoustic is an activity carried out by the Kremis Division which is included in the series of Accounting Week (AW) events organized by HIMA Accounting FE Unand. Awcoustic is a music competition as well as a venue for the appearance of interest in the talents of Accounting students and the general public in the field of music, especially acoustics. 5		HIMA Student Care (HSC) is one of the work programs held by the Kremis Division which aims to accommodate and help find solutions to both academic and financial problems for all Accounting students of FE Unand. This activity helps students majoring in Accounting to carry out their studies well. On financial issues, it starts with registering active students majoring in Accounting FE Unand by distributing Google Forms and then narrowing them down by conducting interviews with several selected names to get more valid information, so that there are several names of students who have the potential to be recommended to the majors. in order to obtain financial assistance from IKAFE, BP 2014 Alumni, and FKKBA in the form of a “Financial HSC” proposal. In addition, HSC also helps Accounting students of FE Unand related to academic problems such as students who are constrained by filling out KRS, low IP, BL scores, managing active lecture letters, and other general lecture constraints.   Note: Realized, with the number of recipients of financial HSC assistance as many as 13 students (5 from IKAFE, 2 from BP 2014 Alumni, and 6 from FKKBA), with a total aid of Rp. 33.700.000.
6		Accounting On Quiz (AOQ) is a new work program carried out by the Kremis Division in the management of HIMA Accounting Faculty of Economic Universitas Andalas for the 2020/2021 period. This activity is aimed at Accounting students and the general public which aims to foster a critical thinking attitude, increase insight and competence related to accounting science and information about the world of accounting. This activity will be held twice a month online through the HIMA Accounting Instagram platform of Universitas Andalas, and a discussion about quizzes will be posted on the HIMA Accounting blog of Universitas Andalas.

3		Research and Development of Lecturer Assistant Performance is a work program held by the R&D Division in the form of a survey to accounting students regarding lecturer assistant performance which aims to find out whether lecturer assistant performance is optimal or not. 5		The HIMA Performance Evaluation Research and Development Survey is one of the activities carried out by the R&D Division. This activity is in the form of a survey of HIMA Accounting Performance for the 2020/2021 period. This survey was conducted on two different parties, namely internal parties who are the management of HIMA Accounting 2020/2021 and external parties who are non-management Accounting Students of HIMA Class of 2017-2020. This activity aims to assist in improving HIMA Accounting Performance which has not met the target, and can improve HIMA Accounting Performance 2020/2021 to be even better in the future, as well as be a guide for the management of HIMA Accounting for the next period in carrying out every work program that has been planned. Activity Target: Management of HIMA Accounting  Faculty of Economic Universitas Andalas for the 2020/2021 period and Accounting Students who are not HIMA management class 2017-2020   Implementation Time: HIMA internal parties are carried out twice during the 2020/2021 Accounting HIMA management, namely 27 January 2021 and 20 April 2021, while for HIMA external parties it is carried out once during the 2020/2021 Accounting HIMA management
6		The history of HIMA and the Yearbook is one of the activities carried out by the R&D Division in the form of gathering information related to the development of HIMA Accounting from the previous management period to the current management period which aims to update the history of HIMA Accounting Faculty of Economics Universitas Andalas, by collecting documentation of every activity that has been carried out for a year. HIMA management period which will be made in the form of an annual book and published after the 2020/2021 HIMA Accounting management period.
7		The HIMA Bulletin is one of the work programs held by the R&D Division as a medium of information related to the activities carried out by HIMA Accounting 2020/2021 for a full period. This bulletin is intended for the general public which contains a summary of events and activities of HIMA Accounting Faculty of Economic Universitas Andalas. Bulletins are usually published and disseminated through HIMA Accounting social media, HIMA secretariat bulletins, department magazines, and lecture buildings at Universitas Andalas, however, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this time the bulletins will be disseminated through HIMA social media such as Instagram, Twitter. , HIMA Accounting blog.
8		Company Visit and Comparative Study activities are a work program carried out by the R&D Division in the form of online student visits to leading universities that have good academic and organizational management as well as to several companies and government agencies related to the world of accounting. With this Company Visit and Comparative Study, it is hoped that it will increase students' understanding and provide a lot of new knowledge for students The description of this work program is that HIMA Accounting FE Universitas Andalas and conducts online visits through the zoom platform, resource persons from universities, companies and financial institutions are people who are experts in their fields who will be presented to provide knowledge, information and experience to participants. On the first day, there was a meeting with FKKBA. The second day was followed by a virtual visit to Bank Indonesia and then a visit to the OJK. And the last day was an online comvis visit to PwC and a working visit to Udayana University.

INSTALATION, UPGRADING, AND GATHERING

 

On November 8, 2020, Inauguration and upgrading activities were held. At the inauguration of the HIMA Accounting management for the 2020/2021 period, the theme was "Upholding the solidarity and professionalism of the family organization". The HIMA management was appointed by the Deputy Dean III, Mr. Ma'ruf SE, M.Bus, DBA. The inauguration was also attended by the Head of the Accounting Department, represented by Dr. Annisa Rahman, SE, M.Sc., Ak. CA , HIMA Accounting supervisor Ms. Verni Juita, SE., Mcomm (adv ), Ak, Ca, and also representatives of BEMKM FE UNAND, LKEI, Fekopala, TMC, DPM and representatives of HIMA D3 and HIMA IImu Economics FE UNAND. The speakers for the upgrading activity were Rin Nabil Febrais (A17), Nurul Hadi (A17), Dheanty Yonia Putri (A17), Ahmad Nadhirin (A17), and Asbi Assiddigie (A17).

 

 

 

TO SBMPTN

 

On February 7, 2021, the second day of the AFS event was continued with the TO-SBMPTN 2021. The TO-SBMPTN event was opened directly by the Head of the Accounting Department, Mr. Dr. Rahmat Febrianto, SE, M.SI. Ak. The Chief Executive of this year's TO-SBMPTN is Arief Gunawan. In TO-SBMPTN this time there are 2 categories, namely SOSHUM and SAINTEK. After the TKA (SOSHUM/SAINTEK) exam was over, the event continued with Sharing Tips and Tricks from Pahamify by Syarif Rousyan Fikri's brother and continued with a question and answer session.

 

 

 

NATIONAL SEMINAR

 

On Sunday, March 28, 2021, the series of Accounting Week events continued with a National Seminar with the theme "Innovation of the Millennial Generation in National Economic Recovery after the Covid-19 Pandemic". This year's National Seminar moderator was Mrs. Dian Yuni Aggraeni SE, M.Si, with presenting 3 presenters namely Prof. Dr. H Werry Darta Taifur SE, MA, Mr. Novrial SE, MA, Ak and Mrs. Rossy Triana Iskandar.

 

PHOTOBOOTH

 

The next series of Accounting Week events is the Photobooth Photo Contest which begins with the posting of photos of the participants on March 31, 2021 - April 1, 2021. On Friday, April 2, 2021, after the participants have posted the photos, it will be followed by a presentation and questions and answers from the jury to participants by online.

Followed by remarks by Mrs. Verni Juita, SE, MComm (adv), Ak. CA as the supervisor of HIMA Accounting for the 2020/2021 period. The event was continued with remarks by the Head of the Accounting Department, namely Dr. Fauzan Misra, SE., M Sc., Ak., CA, BKP. And the HIMA Closing event was closed with a prayer reading by Alvin Satya and continued with the closing of the formal event and documentation by the organizing committee.

Accounting Competition - Students (ACS) is one of the activities held by the Universitas Andalas Accounting HIMA. This activity was held for two days online. This activity is held in the form of individual and team competitions in accounting for Senior High School (SMA)/Vocational School (SMK)/MA levels throughout Sumatra which aims to hone skills and develop knowledge for students in accounting science.

The Higher Education Entrance Examination (SBMPTN) Try Out provides a forum for equivalent Senior High School (SMA)/Vocational School (SMK)/MA students in preparing for the 2021 Joint Selection for Higher Education Entrance Examination (SBMPTN). Implementation of the SBMPTN Try Out is carried out online through the Zoom application which consists of two categories, namely SAINTEK and Soshum . In addition, participants were also given an introduction to the accounting department by the Head of the Accounting Department, namely Dr. Rahmat Febrianto, SE. M.Si, Ak.

 

 

 

 

ACCOUNTING WEEK 2021

Accounting Week merupakan suatu rangkaian event tahunan terbesar mahasiswa akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Pada tahun 2021 ini Accounting Week berkesempatan untuk dilaksanakan secara online berbeda dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya karena keterbatasan ruang dan gerak dikala pandemic Covid-19 sedang bergejolak. Walaupun memang diadakan secara online rangkaian Accounting Week tetap semarak dengan beberapa rangkaian acara yang bervariasi, diawali dengan Accounts (Andalas Accounting National Events) merupakan rangkaian lomba LKTI tingkat nasional yang diikuti dengan Webminar nasional, kemudian juga terdapat acara Webminar Entrepreneurship yang diikuti dengan acara Bazar Contest, selain itu juga terdapat Pelatihan Software Akuntansi, dan juga terdapat acara Photo Contest dan diakhiri dengan AWcoustic (kompetisi kover lagu). Berikut juga disajikan detail laporan dari kegiatan Accounting Week 2021.

 

ACCOUNTS 2021

Pada tanggal 26-27 Maret 2021 telah dilaksanakan Andalas Accounting National Events (ACCOUNTS). ACCOUNTS merupakan acara tahunan yang dimulai pada tahun 2013 dengan Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Andalas sebagai penyelenggaranya. ACCOUNTS adalah bagian dari rangkaian acara Accounting Week (AW) 2021 yang merupakan salah satu program kerja Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan oleh ACCOUNTS 2021 saat ini antara lain Paper Competition (Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah), National Seminar dan Virtual Tour Salingka Minangkabau. 

Sesuai dengan namanya yaitu Andalas Accounting National Events, ACCOUNTS merupakan acara tingkat nasional dari Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. ACCOUNTS mengundang seluruh Mahasiswa/i di seluruh Indonesia untuk mengikuti Paper Competition (Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah) dengan cara mengirimkan Karya Tulis mereka ke alamat yang sudah ditentukan, yang nantinya akan dipilih dua puluh karya terbaik untuk dipresentasikan secara virtual. 

Selain mempresentasikan karya mereka, para peserta nantinya akan mengikuti dua rangkaian acara ACCOUNTS berikutnya, yaitu National Seminar dan Virtual Tour Salingka Minangkabau. Para peserta akan mengikuti National Seminar yang pembicaranya adalah orang yang sangat berkompeten di bidangnya, dan setelah itu mereka akan diajak untuk melihat lebih dekat Kebudayaan Minangkabau secara Virtual Tour Salingka Minangkabau.

ACCOUNTS dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB yang dibuka langsung oleh Bapak Wakil Rektor III. Ketua pelaksana dari kegiatan ini adalah Muhammad Hafizh yang didampingi oleh Adinda Siti Aisyah sebagai Sekretaris Bendahara, Miftahul Fikri sebagai Koordinator Lapangan, Clarissa Maharani sebagai Koordinator Acara, Delva Muharani sebagai Koordinator Humas, Defnia Nofitri sebagai Koordinator Kestari, Muhammad Ahlam sebagai Koordinator Perlengkapan, dan Siti Aisyah Rahman Yuri sebaga Koordinator Konsumsi. 

Kompetisi ini dimenangkan oleh Tim yang berasal dari Universitas Indonesia dan mendapatkan hadiah uang tunai sebesar Rp. 3,500,000,-. Second place diraih oleh tim yang berasal dari Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November dengan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 2,500,000,-. Dan Third place diraih oleh tim yang berasal dari Universitas Islam Indonesia dengan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 1,500,000,-. Kompetisi ini disambut dengan antusias oleh seluruh Mahasiswa Se-Indonesia. Alhamdulillah acara ini berjalan lancar dari awal hingga akhir. 

SEMINAR NASIONAL 

Pada tanggal 28 Maret 2021 telah dilaksanakan seminar nasional dari Hima Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Seminar Nasional Accounting Week 2021 ialah salah satu dari rangkaian acara Accounting Week yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Pada tahun ini seminar nasional diadakan secara online. Acara ini mengangkat tema yang relevan dengan keadaan saat ini yaitu Inovasi Generasi Millenial dalam Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional Pasca Pandemi Covid-19. Dengan diadakannya acara ini diharapkan mahasiswa/i maupun umum dapat menambah wawasan dan sebagai sarana untuk membangun relasi.

Seminar nasional dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB dengan pembukaan oleh MC. MC mempersilakan kepada sponsorship yaitu Inez dan by.u untuk mempromosikan produknya. Selanjutnya pembacaan ayat suci Al-Quran. Lalu, dilanjutkan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya. Kemudian kata sambutan oleh ketua pelaksana seminar nasional oleh Suci Fitri, dilanjutkan kata sambutan oleh ketua Accounting Week oleh Muhammad Wafiq, selanjutnya kata sambutan oleh ketua HIMA Akuntansi UNAND oleh Fauzan Amirul Haq, lalu kata sambutan oleh pembina HIMA Akuntansi UNAND, dan terakhir kata sambutan dan pembukaan secara resmi acara seminar nasional oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi UNAND yaitu Bapak Fauzan Misra. Acara pembukaan diakhiri dengan pembacaan doa dan foto bersama semua peserta yang hadir dalam acara Seminar Nasional Accounting Week 2021.

Setelah pembukaan acara selesai, MC membacakan tata tertib acara dan teknik seminar nasional, dilanjutkan dengan membacakan CV moderator dan mempersilakan moderator memimpin acara yang sedang berlangsung. Moderator untuk acara seminar nasional Accounting Week 2021 yaitu Ibu Dian Yuni Anggraeni yang juga merupakan Dosen di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Andalas. Kemudian moderator membacakan CV Pemateri. Pemateri pertama adalah Prof. Dr. H. Werry Darta Taifur, SE., MA yang merupakan ekonom Indonesia & ketua ikatan sarjana ekonomi Indonesia Sumatera Barat. Pemateri kedua adalah Novrial., SE., MA., Ak yang merupakan kepala dinas pariwisata Prov. Sumatera Barat. Pemateri ketiga adalah Rossy Triana Iskandar yang merupakan manajer produk di tokopedia academy. Setiap pemateri menyajikan materi dengan durasi 30 menit. Pada pukul 10.20 WIB, pemateri pertama menyajikan materinya. Penyajian materi oleh pemateri pertama berakhir pada pukul 10.50 WIB, dilanjutkan oleh pemateri kedua. Pemaparan materi oleh pemateri kedua berakhir pada pukul 11.20, dilanjutkan oleh pemateri ketiga hingga pukul 11.50 WIB.  Setelah penyajian materi, acara selanjutnya adalah sesi tanya jawab yang dipimpin oleh moderator. Setelah sesi tanya jawab selesai, acara dikembalikan kepada MC. Acara selanjutnya yaitu kuis untuk para peserta dengan doorprize untuk 10 pemenang.  Pada pukul 13.05, MC membacakan sponsorship dan media partner. Kegiatan Seminar Nasional Accounting Week 2021 diakhiri dengan penutupan oleh MC.

BAZAAR 2021

Pada tanggal 29 - 31 Maret 2021 telah dilaksanakan acara Bazaar Contest Accounting Week 2021 dari Hima Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Bazaar Contest ini sendiri ialah salah satu  inovasi dari rangkaian acara ACCOUNTING WEEK  yaitu Bazaar, yang tahun ini diadakan secara online dengan mengambil nama Bazaar Contest. Acara ini memberikan kesempatan bagi UMKM-UMKM di luar sana, baik mahasiswa maupun Umum  yang memiliki bisnis untuk dapat bergabung mengikuti Kompetisi Video Promoting usaha yang dimiliki. Dengan harapan, seperti tema video contest yang di ambil yaitu "Improve your Marketing, Maximize your Promotion, Gain your Earnings”, dapat memberikan wawasan, pelajaran ,dan pengalaman baru bagi pelaku usaha untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi kapasitas promosi pada kondisi saat sekarang ini. 

Bazaar Contest terdiri dari 2 rangkaian acara. Untuk Rangkaian acara pertama yaitu pada tanggal 29 maret 2021, telah di adakan Webinar Entrepreneurship yang dimulai pukul 08.30 WIB dengan pembukaan oleh MC. Setelah melalui rangkaian pembukaan acara oleh MC , acara di pandu oleh  Moderator webinar yaitu  Saudara Kurnia Badyu Ilahi. Setelah pembukaan acara selesai dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan CV Pemateri oleh Moderator yaitu Saudara Andrea Surya Habibie selaku pemateri sesi 1. Di pertengahan antara penyampaian pemateri sesi 1 dan sesi 2, itu juga ada presentasi dari sponsorship yaitu dari by.U selama 15 menit dan berlakut ke Pemaparan materi dari pemateri sesi 2 yaitu Saudara Vyndo Dollin . Setelah sesi ke-2 selesai maka acara dikembalikan kepada MC, di penghujung acara dibacakan pemenang peserta teraktif dan penanya terbaik selama penyampaian materi oleh kedua pemateri .

Untuk rangkaian acara kedua  yaitu pada tanggal 31 maret 2021, telah di adakan Bazaar Contest yang dimulai pukul 08.30 WIB dengan pembukaan oleh MC. Dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan CV Juri yaitu Saudara Rizki Syahputera, S.E, dan Saudara Hadiyatullah ML . Acara pun di mulai dengan penampilan oleh peserta nomor urut 1 yang di berikan waktu 10 menit untuk presentasi . Diawali dengan menampilkan video promoting yang telat di buat peserta melalui sharescreen zoom oleh panitia dan di lanjutkan dengan presentasi dari isi dari video promosi tersebut. Kemudian di lanjutkan dengan sesi QnA bersama juri. Dan terus berlanjut hingga peserta dengan nomor urut 10. 

Setelah, semua peserta selesai melakukan presentasi dan sesi tanya jawab bersama juri. Juri melakukan penilaian untuk menentukan 3 pemenang Bazaar Contest 2021. Kemudian masuk ke acara Pengumuman Pemenang Bazaar Contest yaitu Juara 1 :  Peserta no. urut 4 , a/n  Reza Arianti @komocha.production, Juara 2 : Peserta no.urut 9, a/n Yessi Veronica @veronicahijab,  Juara 3 : Peserta no.urut 6, a/n Hertanto, @kacangcangkruk. Dan untuk Untuk pemenang video Favorit dengan like terbanyak Jatuh kepada  : Peserta no. urut 1 yaitu Patma Asyathari dari  (Ovelpo_id). Kegiatan Bazaar Contest diakhiri dengan penutupan oleh MC.

ACCOUNTING WORKSHOP APPLICATION 2021

Pada tanggal 1 April 2021 telah dilaksanakan Accounting Workshop Application dari Hima Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Accounting Workshop Application ialah salah satu dari rangkaian acara ACCOUNTING WEEK. Pada tahun ini Accounting Workshop Application diadakan secara online. Acara ini memberikan pelatihan mengenani software akuntansi dengan berkejasama sama dengan pihak Ultima Tekno Solusindo yang merupakan partner resmi CPSSoft yang menyediakan informasi produk dan layanan yang dapat membantu para pengguna dalam mengoperasikan produk-produk CPSSoft yaitu Accurate Accounting Software. Dengan diadakannya acara ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sarana pelatihan bagi mahasiswa/i, maupun pihak umum agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dibidang akuntansi.

Accounting Workshop Application dimulai pukul 08.00 WIB dengan pembukaan oleh MC. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan ayat suci Al-Quran. Lalu, dilanjutkan dengan kata sambutan ketua pelaksana Accounting Workshop Application oleh Nurul Wahyuni, kemudian kata sambutan oleh ketua Accounting Week oleh Muhammad Wafiq, selanjutnya kata sambutan oleh ketua HIMA Akuntansi UNAND oleh Fauzan Amirul Haq, dan terakhir kata sambutan dan pembukaan acara oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi UNAND yaitu Bapak Fauzan Misra. Acara pembukaan diakhiri dengan pembacaan doa dan foto bersama semua yang hadir dalam acara Accounting Workshop Application 2021.

Setelah pembukaan acara selesai dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan CV Pemateri oleh Moderator yaitu Bapak Alhazmi Nuralam. Pada pukul 09.00 WIB dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan sesi ke-1 dengan pembahasaan “persiapan database awal” bersama pemateri Ibu Riyanti Adelia dan dibantu oleh team helper dari pihak Accurate yaitu Bapak Kota Novia dan Ibu Tiwi Setyoningsih. Pelatihan sesi ke-1 selesai pada pukul 12.00 WIB dan dilanjutkan dengan ISHOMA. Setelah ISHOMA selesai acara dibuka oleh MC dan diadakan kuis untuk mendapatkan doorprize. Pada pukul 13.15 dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan sesi ke-2 dengan pembahasaan “kasus transaksi selama satu bulan”. Setelah sesi ke-2 selesai maka acara dikembalikan kepada MC, di penghujung acara dibacakan pemenang doorprize setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan foto bersama. Setelah foto bersama, MC membacakan sponsorship dan media partner setelah itu ditampilkan video oleh BCA. Kegiatan Accounting Workshop Application diakhiri dengan penutupan oleh MC.

PHOTOBOOTH ACCOUNTING WEEK 2021

Pada tanggal 2 April 2021 telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Photo Contest dari Hima Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Kegiatan Photo Contest ini dimulai sejak peserta mengirimkan karya (foto) terbaiknya, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemostingan karya peserta kea kun Instagram resmi Accounting Week di @accountingweekunand pada tanggal 31 Maret 2021. Kegiatan Photo Contest ditutup dengan presentasi yang dilakukan oleh peserta yang merupakan 10 peserta terbaik pada 2 April 2021. Photo Contest ini merupakan salah satu rangkaian acara dari Accounting Week yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Photo Contest ini dilakukan secara online dengan mengusung tema “The Economic’s Journey During a Pandemic”. Pemilihan tema ini bertujuan untuk mengabadikan setiap momen dan perjalanan ekonomi selama pandemi Covid-19. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan Photo Contest ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah nyata bagi setiap orang (pelajar, mahasiswa dan umum) yang memiliki hobi fotografi maupun yang berminat pada fotografi untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dan berkompetisi dalam kegiatan ini. 

Photo Contest dimulai pukul 08.15 WIN dengan pembukaan oleh MC. Acara dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan Ayat Suci Al-Qur’an. Selanjutnya adalah pemberian kata sambutan oleh Ketua Photobooth, Tiara Safira, dan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian kata sambuutan oleh Ketua Umum Accounting Week 2021, Muhammad Wafiq. Pemberian kata sambutan selanjutnya dilakukan oleh Ketua Hima Akuntansi Universitas Unand, serta Gubernur BEM KM FE Unand, Weri Harfendi. Acara terakhir dalam pembukaan Photo Contest yaitu pembacaan doa.

Setelah Pembukaan acara selesai, acara dilanjutkan dengan pengenalan juri dan penyampaian kriteria penilaian oleh MC. Adapun juri pada Photo Contest Accounting Week 2021 adalah Issyariah Syukron, seorang Freelance Photographer yang juga seorang Mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Andalas. Beliau juga merupakan Direktur Fotografi UKM Andalas Sinematografi sejak 2019. Juri yang kedua merupakan seorang Mahasiswa Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Sumatera Utara. Beliau merupakan seorang Freelance Photographer, yang juga merupakan pemateri tete\ap di Fotografi Komunikasi USU. Setelah pengenalan juri dan penyampaian kriteria penilaian, acara dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian mengenai teknis acara photo contest tersebut. Acara selanjutnya adalah Presentasi dan sesi komentar serta Tanya jawab oleh juri kepada peserta. Masing-masing peserta diberikan waktu 5 menit untuk mempresentasikan karyanya. Selain itu, masing-masing juri diberikan waktu 5 menit untuk memberikan komentar atau mengajukan pertanyaan terkait foto kepada peserta yang bersangkutan. Dalam presentasi yang dilakukan, peserta harus menyampaikan keunikan konsep/ide pada foto tersebut, pesan/ungkapan emosi pada foto, serta fokus, komposisi, dan warna pada foto. Sesi Presentasi dan Tanya jawab dimulai pada pukul 09.00 WIB oleh peserta pertama dan berakhir di pukul 10.15 WIB oleh peserta kesepuluh. Acara dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi singkat oleh kedua dewan juri. Acara terakhir pada Presentasi Photo Contest yaitu penyampaian kesan dan pesan dari juri dan peserta. Acara presentasi resmi berakhir dengan penutupan (closing statement) oleh MC pada pukul 10.35 WIB.

  AWCOUSTIC ACCOUNTING WEEK 2021

Pada tanggal 3 April 2021 telah dilaksanakan Awcoustic dari Hima Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Awcoustic Accounting Week 2021 ialah salah satu dari rangkaian acara Accounting Week yang dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021. Pada tahun ini awcoustic diadakan secara online. Acara ini mengangkat tema Lets Everyone Play the Music. Dengan diadakannya acara ini diharapkan mahasiswa/i maupun umum dapat mengembangkan kemampuan bermusiknya.

Awcoustic dimulai pukul 13.30 WIB dengan pembukaan oleh MC. Kemudian kata sambutan oleh ketua pelaksana awcoustic oleh Amalda Aulia, dilanjutkan kata sambutan oleh ketua Accounting Week oleh Muhammad Wafiq, selanjutnya kata sambutan oleh ketua HIMA Akuntansi UNAND oleh Fauzan Amirul Haq, lalu kata sambutan oleh Wakil Gubernur BM KM FE UNAND oleh Muhammad Ichsan, dan terakhir kata sambutan oleh Kaprodi Jurusan Akuntansi UNAND yaitu Ibu Dian Yuni Anggraeni. 

Setelah pembukaan acara selesai, kemudian ada penampilan video pengisi acara, dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian syarat dan ketentuan awcoustic serta penyampaian kriteria penilaian juri oleh bang Rifky Satria Jamal. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengumuman pemenang, untuk kategori 1 ( ≤13 tahun ) yaitu juara 1 diraih oleh Zhiffana Putri,  juara 2 diraih oleh Abiyan Ahlen, dan juara 3 diraih oleh Nikeisha Alimah. Untuk kategori 2 ( >13 tahun ) yaitu juara 1 diraih oleh Fakhriyah Intan Maharani,  juara 2 diraih oleh Nadia Hairani PS, dan juara 3 diraih oleh Ajeng Restuning Baasith. Serta juara favorit untuk kategori 1 ( ≤13 tahun )  jatuh kepada Latifa Putri Azzahra dan juara favorit untuk kategoti 2 ( >13 tahun )  jatuh kepada Putra Darmawan. Setelah pengumuman pemenang, acara selanjutnya adalah penyampaian kesan dan pesan juri yang disampaikan oleh bang Yogi Astra dan penyampaian kesan dan pesan peserta yang diwakili oleh Fakhriyah Intan Maharani. Acara selanjutnya yaitu foto bersama semua peserta yang hadir dalam acara Awcoustic Accounting Week 2021. Setelah foto bersama, MC membacakan sponsorship dan media partner. Kegiatan Awcoustic Accounting Week 2021 diakhiri dengan penutupan oleh MC.

Accounting for Students

Accounting for Students merupakan salah satu acara terbesar yang diselenggarakan  oleh Himpunan Mahasiswa Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Andalas, dimana melibatkan siswa/i SMA/SMK/MA sederajat se-Sumatera. Kegiatan ini akan berlangsung selama tiga hari, yang mana terdiri dari : 1.       Accounting Competition – Siswa (ACS)      Accounting Competition – Siswa (ACS) merupakan kegiatan berbentuk kompetisi Individual dan Tim dibidang Akuntansi di tingkat SMA/SMK/MA se-Sumatera yang bertujuan untuk mengasah kemampuan serta mengembangkan pengetahuan bagi siswa/i dalam ilmu akuntansi. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan selama dua hari secara online menggunakan platform daring pada tanggal 6 dan 8 Februari 2021. 2.       Try Out SBMPTN dan Pengenalan Jurusan Akuntansi      Try Out SMBPTN dan pengenalan jurusan akuntansi merupakan suatu kegiatan simulasi ujian SBMPTN bagi seluruh siswa/i kelas 12 SMA/SMK/MA sederajat dan umum sebagai calon mahasiswa/i yang akan melanjutkan pendidikannya di jenjang perkuliahan. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan siswa/i SMA/SMK/MA sederajat dan umum dapat terbantu sebelum melaksanakan ujian SBMPTN yang sesungguhnya dan juga dapat dijadikan sarana untuk pengenalan jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Andalas kepada siswa/i SMA/SMK/MA sederajat dan umum. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan selama satu hari secara online menggunakan platform daring pada tanggal 7 Februari 2021.         Pembukaan Accounting for Students dibuka secara resmi oleh Wakil Dekan III Fakultas Ekonomi serta dihadiri oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi, Pembina HIMA Akuntansi, Gubernur BEM KM Fakultas Ekonomi, Ketua HIMA Akuntansi, dan Ketua HIMA UKMF Fakultas Ekonomi. 1.       Accounting Competition – Siswa (ACS)      Accounting Competition – Siswa tahun 2021 diikuti oleh 128 orang individu yang terdiri dari 76 orang siswa/i SMA dan 52 orang siswa/i SMK, serta diikuti oleh 40 TIM yang terdiri dari 24 TIM SMA dan 16 TIM SMK. Pada hari pertama Accounting Competition – Siswa dilaksanakan babak penyisihan dan semifinal untuk kategori individu dan TIM. Hari kedua Accounting Competition – Siswa dilaksanakan babak final untuk kategori SMA dan SMK yang diikuti oleh 5 peserta dan 5 tim terbaik disetiap kategori. Juara umum Accounting Competition – Siswa pada tahun 2021 adalah SMA 1 Payakumbuh dan SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi. 2.       Try Out SBMPTN dan Pengenalan Jurusan Akuntansi      Try Out SBMPTN dan Pengenalan Jurusan Akuntansi pada tahun 2021 bekerjasama dengan Pahamify dan diikuti oleh 698 peserta. Try Out SBMPTN diawali dengan Pengenalan Jurusan Akuntansi oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi. Setelah itu, dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan Try Out SBMPTN. Peraih nilai tertinggi pada Try Out SBMPTN kali ini adalah SMA 10 Padang untuk kategori SAINTEK dan MAN Insan Cendikia Padang Pariaman untuk kategori SOSHUM.

Program Kerja Kreativitas dan Akademis (KREMIS)

1		Accounting Study Club (ASC) merupakan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan untuk mahasiswa/I jurusan Akuntansi angkatan 2020 yang sudah mendaftar dan lulus seleksi tes wawancara, yang selanjutnya disebut dengan tentiren. Tentiren dibimbing oleh tentor dari beberapa mahasiswa/I jurusan Akuntansi angkatan 2019 yang telah dipilih oleh panitia pelaksana ASC. Tentor dan tentiren akan dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok belajar. Kegiatan Accounting Study Club (ASC) menggunakan platform daring. Hal ini dikarenakan kegiatan dilaksanakan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Beberapa rangkaian kegiatan ASC diantaranya adalah ”ASC kelompok”, dalam kegiatan ini tentiren dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok, selama kegiatan berlangsung tentiren diberi kesempatan bertanya dan berdiskusi melalui Whatsapp group mengenai materi perkuliahan yang telah disepakati antara tentor dan tentiren, kegiatan ini diadakan satu kali per semester. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah “ASC kelas”, peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah tentiren yang menempati satu kelas yang sama, selama kegiatan tentor menggunakan PowerPoint materi Pengantar Akuntansi yang akan dibahas bersama melalui platform daring serta berdiskusi mengenai materi perkuliahan, kegiatan ini diadakan satu kali untuk semester ganjil dan dua kali untuk semester genap. Kegiatan selanjutnya adalah “ASC gabungan”, kegiatan ini diadakan secara serentak bagi seluruh peserta ASC, kegiatannya berupa pembahasan soal ujian semester bersama tentor menggunakan platform daring (zoom dan google meet) yang disepakati antara tentor dengan tentiren, kegiatan ini diadakan satu kali untuk semester ganjil dan dua kali untuk semester genap. Di luar kegiatan ini, tentiren tetap diberi kesempatan untuk berdiskusi dengan tentor mengenai materi perkuliahan.
2	Bank Soal	Kegiatan Bank Soal merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Kremis dalam pengumpulan soal-soal UTS/UAS mahasiswa/i Akuntansi yang disimpan sebagai arsip HIMA untuk seluruh mahasiswa Akuntansi angkatan berikutnya agar dapat belajar melalui soal-soal tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa/i disaat UTS/UAS agar mempunyai persiapan yang lebih matang. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menunjang kemampuan mahasiswa/i dalam membahas soal-soal yang berkaitan dengan perkuliahan. Setelah pengumpulan soal, soal akan diarsipkan secara hardcopy dan softcopy agar setiap mahasiswa/i Akuntansi dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan soal dan mengaksesnya dari website maupun di sekretariat HIMA Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. 3	Accounting Competition Siswa (ACS)	Accounting Competition-Siswa (ACS) adalah salah satu program kerja kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Kremis yang termasuk ke dalam rangkaian acara Accounting for Students (AFS). Kegiatan ini diadakan dalam bentuk kompetisi di bidang Akuntansi untuk siswa/i SMA/MA dan SMK se-Sumatra yang bertujuan untuk mengasah kemampuan serta mengembangkan pengetahuan siswa/i dalam ilmu akuntansi. Peserta Accounting Competition-Siswa ini dibagi menjadi individu dan tim yang diselenggarakan selama dua hari (6 dan 8 Februari 2021) secara online menggunakan I-Learn Universitas Andalas dan platform daring.
4	Accounting Week Accoustic Competition (AWCOUSTIC)	AWcoustic adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Kremis yang termasuk ke dalam rangkaian acara Accounting Week (AW) yang diselenggarakan oleh HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand.  Awcoustic merupakan kompetisi musik sekaligus menjadi ajang penampilan minat bakat mahasiswa/i Akuntansi maupun umum dalam bidang musik khususnya akustik. Kegiatan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta lomba untuk menampilkan kreativitas mereka dalam bermusik.   Waktu Kegiatan : 3 April 2021 Tempat Kegiatan : Platform Zoom Meeting Sasaran Kegiatan : Mahasiswa/i Akuntansi FE Unand dan umum
5	HIMA Student Care (HSC)	HIMA Student Care (HSC) merupakan salah satu program kerja yang diadakan oleh Divisi Kremis yang bertujuan untuk menampung dan membantu mencarikan solusi atas permasalahan baik akademis maupun financial bagi seluruh mahasiswa/i Akuntansi FE Unand. Kegiatan ini membantu mahasiswa/i jurusan Akuntansi agar dapat menjalani perkuliahannya dengan baik. Pada permasalahan financial dimulai dengan mendata mahasiswa/i aktif jurusan Akuntansi FE Unand dengan cara menyebarkan Google Form lalu mengerucutkannya dengan melakukan wawancara bersama beberapa nama yang terpilih untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih valid, sehingga tersisa beberapa nama mahasiswa/i yang berpotensi untuk direkomendasikan kepada pihak jurusana agar mendapatkan bantuan financial dari IKAFE, Alumni BP 2014, dan FKKBA dalam bentuk proposal “HSC Finansial”. Selain itu, HSC juga membantu mahasiswa/I Akuntansi FE Unand terikait permasalahan akademis seperti mahasiswa/i yang terkendala dengan pengisian KRS, IP rendah, nilai BL, pengurusan surat aktif kuliah, dan kendala-kendala perkuliahan umum lainnya.   Nb : Terealisasi, dengan jumlah penerima bantuan HSC financial sebanyak 13 mahasiswa/i (5 dari IKAFE, 2 dari Alumni BP 2014, dan 6 dari FKKBA), dengan total bantuan senilai Rp 33.700.000.
6	Accounting On Quiz (AOQ)	Accounting On Quiz (AOQ) merupakan program kerja baru yang dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Kremis pada kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand periode 2020/2021. Kegiatan ini ditujukan kepada mahasiswa/i Akuntansi dan umum yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan sikap berpikir kritis, menambah wawasan dan berkompetensi terkait ilmu akuntansi serta informasi-informasi seputar dunia akuntansi. Kegiatan ini akan adakan dua kali dalam satu bulan secara online melalui platform instagram HIMA Akuntansi Unand, dan pembahasan soal quiz akan diposting pada blog HIMA Akuntansi Unand.

 

Program Kerja Divisi Penelitian dan Pengembangan (LITBANG)

1		Research and Development Survey Mahasiswa Baru merupakan suatu program kerja yang diadakan oleh Divisi Litbang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui identitas mahasiswa baru atau data diri dari Mahasiswa Baru Jurusan Akuntansi, serta menganalisis tujuan, harapan, dan alasan Mahasiswa Baru Akuntansi 2020 dalam memilih jurusan akuntansi di Universitas Andalas.   Survey ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa baru Jurusan Akuntansi 2020 yang berjumlah 124 orang. Dan Waktu Kegiatan 19 November 2020
2		Research and Development Informasi adalah salah satu kegiatan yang diadakan oleh Divisi Litbang yang bertujuan untuk melakukan review dari informasi yang dibuat oleh Divisi PPA yang dipublikasikan oleh Divisi Humas diakun sosial media HIMA Akuntansi serta menilai seluruh aspek dan informasi yang disebarkan oleh Divisi Humas di semua sosial media HIMA Akuntansi. RnD Informasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan link kuisioner kepada mahasiswa aktif Jurusan Akuntansi FE Unand. Waktu Pelaksanaan  : Akhir semester ganjil (21 Desember 2020) dan diakhir kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi periode 2020/2021 (24 April 2021)
3		Research and Development Kinerja Asisten Dosen adalah suatu program kerja yang diadakan oleh Divisi Litbang berupa survei kepada mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi tentang Kinerja Asisten Dosen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kinerja Asisten Dosen sudah optimal atau belum. Hasil survei akan diolah dan diserahkan kepada pihak jurusan.   Kuisioner disebar kepada Mahasiswa Aktif Akuntansi tahun 2018-2020 FE Unand Survei Kinerja Asisten Dosen dilaksanakan dua kali selama kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021 (16 November 2020 dan 19 April 2021)
4		Research and Development Survey Evaluasi Kinerja HIMA adalah salah satu kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Litbang. Kegiatan ini berupa survei terhadap Kinerja HIMA Akuntansi periode 2020/2021. Survei ini dilakukan kepada dua pihak yang berbeda, yaitu pihak internal yang merupakan pihak pengurus HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021 dan pihak eksternal yang merupakan Mahasiswa Akuntansi non pengurus HIMA Angkatan 2017-2020. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu dalam memperbaiki Kinerja HIMA Akuntansi yang belum memenuhi target, dan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021 agar lebih baik lagi kedepannya, serta menjadi pedoman bagi kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi periode selanjutnya dalam melaksanakan setiap program kerja yang telah direncanakan. Sasaran Kegiatan           : Pengurus HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand periode 2020/2021 dan Mahasiswa Akuntansi non pengurus HIMA angkatan 2017-2020 Waktu Pelaksanaan   : Kepada pihak internal HIMA dilaksanakan dua kali selama kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021 yaitu 27 Januari 2021 dan 20 April 2021, sedangkan kepada pihak eksternal HIMA dilaksanakan satu kali selama kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021
5		Sejarah HIMA dan Buku Tahunan adalah salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Litbang dalam bentuk pengumpulan informasi terkait perkembangan HIMA Akuntansi dari periode kepengurusan sebelumnya hingga periode kepengurusan sekarang yang bertujuan untuk memperbaharui sejarah HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand, dengan mengumpulkan dokumentasi setiap kegiatan yang telah dilakukan selama satu periode kepengurusan HIMA yang akan dibuat dalam bentuk buku tahunan dan diterbitkan setelah masa kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021.
6.		Buletin HIMA adalah salah satu program kerja yang diadakan oleh Divisi Litbang sebagai media informasi terkait kegiatan yang dilaksanakan HIMA Akuntansi 2020/2021 selama satu periode penuh. Buletin ini ditujukan kepada khalayak ramai yang berisikan rangkuman acara dan kegiatan HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand. Buletin biasanya diterbitkan dan disebarluaskan melalui media sosial HIMA Akuntansi, mading sekretariat HIMA, mading jurusan, serta mading gedung-gedung perkuliahan di Universitas Andalas, akan tetapi karena pandemic Covid-19 maka buletin untuk kali ini akan disebarluaskan melalui media sosial HIMA seperti instagram, twitter, blog HIMA Akuntansi.
7                                 8		Kegiatan Company Visit and Comparative Study adalah suatu program kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh Divisi Litbang berupa kegiatan kunjungan mahasiswa secara online ke universitas yang terkemuka yang mempunyai manajemen organisasi dan akademis yang baik serta ke beberapa perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintahan yang berhubungan dengan dunia akuntansi. Dengan kegiatan Company Visit and Comparative Study ini diharapkan menambah pemahaman mahasiswa dan memberi banyak ilmu baru yang diperoleh mahasiswa.                     Gambaran dari program kerja ini adalah HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand melakukan kunjungan secara online melalui platform zoom, narasumber yang berasal dari universitas, perusahaan serta instansi keuangan yang merupakan orang-orang yang ahli dalam bidangnya yang akan dihadirkan akan memberikan pengetahuan, informasi serta pengalaman kepada peserta. Pada hari pertama yaitu pertemuan dengan FKKBA. Dilanjutkan hari kedua yaitu kunjungan secara virtual ke Bank Indonesia lalu kunjungan ke OJK. PROGRAM KERJA DIVISI PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

 

PELANTIKAN, UPGRADING, DAN GATHERING

Pada 08 November 2020 dilaksanakan kegiatan Pelantikan dan upgrading. Pada pelantikan kepengurusan HIMA Akuntansi periode 2020/2021 mengangkat tema "Menjunjung solidaritas dan Profesionalitas Kekeluargaan organisasi". Pengurus HIMA dilantik oleh wakil Dekan III Bapak Ma'ruf SE, M.Bus, DBA. Pelantikan ini juga dihadiri oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi yang diwakili oleh ibu Dr Annisa Rahman, SE, M.Si., Ak. CA ,Pembina HIMA Akuntansi ibu Verni Juita, SE., Mcomm (adv ), Ak, Ca, dan juga perwakilan BEMKM FE UNAND, LKEI, Fekopala, TMC, DPM dan perwakilan HIMA D3 dan HIMA IImu Ekonomi FE UNAND. Pemateri untuk kegiatan upgrading adalah Rin Nabil Febrais(A17), Nurul Hadi (A17), Dheanty Yonia Putri (A17), Ahmad Nadhirin (A17), dan Asbi Assiddigie (A17). 

 

TO SBMPTN

Pada tanggal 7 Februari 2021 acara AFS hari kedua dilanjutkan dengan TO-SBMPTN 2021. Acara TO-SBMPTN dibuka secara langsung oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi yaitu Bapak Dr. Rahmat Febrianto, SE, M.SI. Ak. Ketua pelaksana TO-SBMPTN tahun ini yaitu Arief Gunawan. Dalam TO-SBMPTN kali ini ada 2 kategori yaitu SOSHUM dan SAINTEK. Setelah ujian TKA (SOSHUM/SAINTEK) selesai acara dilanjutkan dengan Sharing Tips dan Trik dari Pahamify oleh Kakak Syarif Rousyan Fikri dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab. 

 

SEMINAR NASIONAL

Pada hari Minggu 28 Maret 2021 rangkaian acara Accounting Week dilanjutkan dengan Seminar Nasional yang mengangkat tema “ Inovasi Generasi Millenial dalam Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional Pasca Pandemi Covid-19”  Seminar Nasional tahun ini yang menjadi moderator yaitu Ibu Dian Yuni Aggraeni SE, M.Si, dengan menghadirkan 3 orang pemateri yaitu Bapak Prof. Dr. H Werry Darta Taifur SE, MA, Bapak Novrial SE, MA, Ak dan Ibu Rossy Triana Iskandar. 

 

PHOTOBOOTH

Rangkaian acara Accounting Week selanjutnya yaitu Photobooth Photo Contest yang dimulai dengan dipostingnya karya foto para peserta pada tanggal 31 Maret 2021- 1 April 2021. Pada Jumat, 2 April 2021 setelah para peserta memposting karya photo tersebut serta dilanjutkan dengan presentasi beserta tanya jawab dari dewan juri kepada peserta secara online. 

 

HIMA MUDA

Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sejak 4 Januari 2021 hingga 20 Juni 2021. HIMA Muda 2020 mengadakan sebuah upgrading yang diperuntukkan kepada seluruh anggota HIMA Muda periode 2020/2021 dengan tema “Organisasi, Kesekretariatan, Kebendaharaan, dan Design”. 

 

CLOSING AND GATHERING HIMA

Pada Minggu, 20 Juni 2021 dilaksanakan acara Closing HIMA Akuntansi FE Unand 2020/2021 melalui plaform zoom dengan mengangkat tema "Unity in Diversity for Internal Memories”. Kata sambutan oleh Ketua Pelaksana yaitu Zikri Adzani, selanjutnya kata sambutan oleh Ketua Umum HIMA Akuntansi yaitu Fauzan Amirul Haq. Dilanjutkan Kata sambutan oleh Ibu Verni Juita, S.E., MComm (adv), Ak. CA selaku Pembina HIMA Akuntansi periode 2020/2021. Acara selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan kata sambutan oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi yaitu Bapak Dr Fauzan Misra, SE.,M.Sc.,Ak.,CA,.BKP. Dan acara Closing HIMA ditutup dengan pembacaan doa oleh Alvin Satya serta dilanjutkan dengan penutupan acara formal dan dokumentasi oleh panitia pelaksana.

1. ACCOUNTING FOR STUDENT (AFS) 

 

6 – 8 Februari 2021

Pelaksanaan Accounting For Students (AFS) dengan tema “Raise Your Dreams On Accounting For Students” diadakan oleh HIMA Akuntansi Universitas Andalas yang dilaksanakan selama 3 hari secara daring. Accounting For Students (AFS) terdiri dari dua rangkaian acara, yaitu Accounting Competition  - Siswa (ACS) dan Try Out SBMPTN 2021

Accounting Competition  - Siswa (ACS) merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang diadakan oleh HIMA Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan selama dua hari secara daring. Kegiatan ini diadakan dalam bentuk kompetisi Individual dan Tim 

dibidang akuntansi tingkat SMA/SMK/MA se-Sumatera yang bertujuan untuk mengasah kemampuan dan mengembangkan pengetahuan bagi siswa/i dalam ilmu akuntansi. 

Minggu, 7 Februari 2021 

 

Try Out SBMPTN memberikan wadah kepada siswa/I SMA/SMK/MA sederaat dalam mempersiapkan ujian Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi (SBMPTN) tahun 2021. Pelaksanaan Try Out SBMPTN dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom yang mana terdiri dari dua kategori, yaitu SAINTEK dan Soshum. Selain itu, peserta juga diberikan pengenalan seputar jurusan akuntansi oleh Ketua Jurusan Akuntansi, yaitu Bapak Dr. Rahmat Febrianto, SE. M.Si, Ak.
